Dr. Martinoff, a primary care physician, is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He is trained in medical infomatics at the National Institute of Health and has taught at two Florida medical schools. Dr. Martinoff graduated from medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago. His residency was completed at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. Born in Latvia and raised in Chicago, Dr. Martinoff moved to Florida and practiced in Hallandale Beach before being recruited to Boca Raton as a founding member of the hospital's primary network.
